1. Server and Discord Rules:

- Users must adhere to the rules provided, including but not limited to, prohibitions on using hacked clients, griefing, spamming, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

- Violation of these rules may result in a ban or other disciplinary actions.

2. Account Management:

- Users must link their Discord account to their Minecraft account to whitelist themselves for server access.

- Users must be over the age of 15 and will undergo a surface-level background check of profiles connected to their Discord account.

3. Liability Disclaimer:

- PerfectumSMP is not liable for any server downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of the server. Responsibility for such issues lies with the server host.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection:

- We collect the following information: Minecraft and Discord usernames, Discord IDs, IP addresses (temporarily for bans), and any data provided in user applications (e.g., age, gender, timezone).

2. Data Sharing:

- IP addresses are shared with our server host for maintaining bans and whitelists and are deleted once a user leaves.

3. Data Rights:

- Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

- Users can object to certain uses of their data and withdraw consent at any time.

Disclaimer

1. Third-Party Content:

- The website hosts screenshots and YouTube videos from the server. The server runs multiple plugins, which are managed by third-party developers. We disclaim responsibility for any potential data breaches or harm resulting from malicious plugin updates.

- Content shared on the Discord server or in Minecraft server chat is the responsibility of the users. While we enforce rules to prevent harmful content, we cannot control all user behavior.

2. Not Affiliated with Mojang:

- PerfectumSMP is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

User-Generated Content

- Any builds or content created by users on the server may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by PerfectumSMP, with credit given to the creators where possible.

Refund Policy

- All donations made to PerfectumSMP are final and non-refundable, as per Ko-fi's terms.

Safety and Conduct

- Explicit or near-explicit content is strictly prohibited. Any inappropriate behavior, particularly towards minors, will result in immediate reporting to Discord, Minecraft, and local law enforcement, where applicable.

Modifications and Updates

- Changes to these terms or policies will be announced via a banner at the top of the website, a Discord announcement, and a server restart.
